As far as my use case, Workflows Client appears to be specifically designed to be used only in Libraries. So it wouldn't make sense to use it outside of that context. Workflows is packed with features, and does seem to be relatively easy to use, if that's the software you're dealing with on a daily basis.

• Automatically send out electronic overdue notices.
• Check across the district for books and patrons.

• Destiny Library Manager's interface is a little dated. After years and years of use, it just looks old. Functionality is not lost, nor is anything else.
• Attempts at automating the process to update our students from our SIS has not gone well. It's easier to enter new students manually.

We have not used any other products. There was a time we were going to look at other options, but then Follett updated their products to the point where there was no longer a need to look elsewhere. We are very happy and love the cost.

• I enjoy how budget-friendly the software is, and it is easy for students to use. I also like how the cloud system updates itself.
• The ability to send overdue notices to both students and parents have really helped us get a better handle on our fines and getting them paid more quickly.
