Sometimes we need to wait a lot of time for a response, and the executives are not qualified for technical problems all the time which makes one issue take more time to solve. Feedonomics has a lot of similarty to Excel so learning to use it is pretty simple. The hardest part of using it is that the User Interface is not very intuitive, so finding what area to be working in within the platform can be challenging.
