Fastly Next-Gen WAF vs. Radware Bot Manager

Fastly has been the ideal CDN (Content Distribution Network) to solve and optimise the management of our content in our applications and portals; we have easily integrated its use, which has meant an increase in performance, a time savings in terms of management, and a saving of resources that we can use to make further improvements to improve our customers' web experience.

If someone needs a bot mitigation solution and they are losing customers/users because of it, I would recommend ShieldSquare with no reservations.

• Bot detection is great, goes far beyond checking user agents or requests/second.
• Lots of integration options. You can use connectors in your code (php, javascript, etc) or in your webserver (nginx, etc.)
• Support is awesome.

• Wish if the Reporting feature has some more drilling down

As we have already implemented other Radware tools such as Cloud WAF and Threat Intelligence, it is much easier to carry on with the existing known vendor. Moreover with a great deal and most importantly product functionality and performance. Given the above reasons, Radware Bot Manager was selected and we are confident that it is the correct choice.
