It needs to be clear, and concise and has easy access and integration into systems. FACTON ECP does this well and has been a real benefit to a business. Alternatives Considered	Facton In my option FACTON ECP suite stacks up very well against its competitors. It has an excellent reputation and a good set of people working there. The technology works well and the integration is ok but could be improved. They are a bright and lively company and have great potential in this area.
