Exactly.com vs. PaySimple

Good for online businesses to be able to track incoming payments in various currencies. These payments can be in small or large amounts and they can be recurring to easily create invoices for customers

We're a marketing agency and it's worked perfectly for our recurring payment retainers (same amount each month).

It would also work well for a company with a set product line up or a company that wants a more traditional "store" setup.

• Their Support is very responsive and helpful. Any time that I have had trouble understanding an email I received from Pay Simple or how to update something on an invoice, I have used the chat feature. The agents are quick and provide great step by step instructions to assist. If they did not have a solution, they assured me it would be submitted as a request to development or let me know when it would be coming.
• I love the ease of initially beginning/charging a payment (either one time or recurring). It is not time-consuming and is very straightforward which is helpful when entering multiple new payments a day. Everything I need to enter a new payment is directly on the home screen and easy to find.
• I appreciate the clean layout of the homepage.

• More proactive and empowering role in merchant fee's and alternative processors. Transparency is challenging in understanding Paysimple's role and relationship to the processors.

The service with Exactly has been great, as well as the easy to understand UI. We haven't had many issues with Exactly on our team! The best thing about Exactly is that we can set up recurring payments in various currencies

I found PaySimple through another company. They offered integrated platforms for invoicing and follow-up questionnaires with our clients. I would never recommend PaySimple to a friend. In my experience, customer service could care less about helping you with a simple name change or becoming PCI compliant. The overall cost to our company became unbearable.

• Because we've got a really awesome rate with them it's definitely a positive ROI. I can't say what that figure is but it's pretty good. Also, our customers have a huge ROI over their prior way of getting payment from their customers.
