eWorkOrders CMMS vs. FMX

I can only speak to our organization and it is very appropriate and well suited for our purposes. We use it every single day and I find it to be user-friendly. I am excited about utilizing more of FMX's features. We can't wait to learn more and be able to keep better records for our tenants.

• Tracks inventory
• Reminds when work orders are overdue
• Work orders can be put on a calendar
• Regular maintenance can be scheduled for the same time every year

I've used Yardi in the past and find FMX to be easier to use
