eversign vs. Zoho Sign

I have used a lot of other programs and I think this has by far been the best, not just for the program but for the customer service as well. They are very helpful.

If your business needs an electronic signing software, then I recommend Zoho Sign because it has all the great features. It ensures fast and secure document signing and, most importantly, it is legally binding.

• Ease of use. Unlike Docusign, when you create text fields on your doc, it allows you to enter the text into the box directly, whereas I have to click on the field and enter the text on the right hand side panel in Docusign.
• Speed. The documents load pretty quickly.
• Notification. It informs you every time a signer has signed the doc.

• Orchestrated signing workflow with internal and external users.

• The login page UX could get better and users should not have the ability to create new instances

• It integrates from sign to the CRM (in that order) poorly. To have the doc associated with the contact it can ONLY come from the CRM.

In terms of functionality and ease of use, DocuSign is the best option. However, it is also thousands of dollars more expensive for the same volume of documents per month than EverSign or SignRequest. Out of the more affordable options, EverSign has more functionality and better-suited for business needs.

Price is important but it has all the same features as some of the main brand names on the market which makes this package ideal for small businesses and larger ones looking at costs. The advantage we find is that we can edit forms with drop-down boxes and preset answers for the forms. Each entry field can be customized by data type and length or allow the client to enter their own answers.
