I have used a lot of other programs and I think this has by far been the best, not just for the program but for the customer service as well. They are very helpful.

Simple, Easy to use to sign and respond on digitally signed documents. Quick implementation and ready to use on your iPhone or iPad with a single app download.

Pros
  • Ease of use. Unlike Docusign, when you create text fields on your doc, it allows you to enter the text into the box directly, whereas I have to click on the field and enter the text on the right hand side panel in Docusign.
  • Speed. The documents load pretty quickly.
  • Notification. It informs you every time a signer has signed the doc.

  • The login page UX could get better and users should not have the ability to create new instances

  • Improve awareness of your brand, since at least in Mexico the platform is not known and it takes time to explain to customers.
  • The ability to sign freehand from a phone or tablet.
  • Generation of more reports or customize reports in the management panel.

The email me several times a year to check in and see that we are doing well or if we have any questions. They have also flown to us from their HQ to Dallas, TX to come tour our facility and see how we use their product first hand.

Alternatives Considered
In terms of functionality and ease of use, DocuSign is the best option. However, it is also thousands of dollars more expensive for the same volume of documents per month than EverSign or SignRequest. Out of the more affordable options, EverSign has more functionality and better-suited for business needs.

At the time of implementation we did not have many options other than a couple that fit our needs and language. The strong point that made us decide was the support in the sales service, which was by far the most suitable for us. Their agents were supportive and flexible throughout the entire process and helped us with the implementation in a valuable way.

  • Using a product like this one saves us time, hassle, and money. We no longer have to meet someone "live" or wait for USPS for a signed document.
