EventPilot was well suited for what we used it for.

Meetin.gs is best when it comes to interaction with customers to resolve their issues. Sharing a remote session while connected on audio does wonders. We can ask for any information which we find out or need during the remote session. In fact, I believe there are no scenarios where it cannot be put to use.

Very intuitive design and easy to use for attendees navigating content and the venue.

Our support team including Mike Fenn has been excellent. On multiple occasions he and Ed Zawadzki have gone above and beyond to support us with very quick response times. They both are very knowledgeable of the platform and if I were to recommend EventPilot to another association I would explicitly mention the great support I received.

In terms of company size, it’s not the largest but they do pretty good in comparison to the larger competitors. In terms of usability, I wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere, unless free trial periods are offered. The amount of software and personalization you get out of the box is incredible and that’s what sold us on using it

Meetin.gs has great potential for sure. I feel they do a better job of bringing in customer CRM info to weave it in with meetings. There needs to be more automations and deeper functionality in order to compete with the larger competitors in their space. If they were able to incorporate SMS more into their system then I think that would go a long way
