ETQ Reliance is great for quality systems in which different levels of personnel are accessing common documents. The user interface and basic functionality is very intuitive, and thus easy to navigate for both novice and experienced technical users. It is also great at organizing tasks and maintaining document attributes. Overall, great for the purposes of an audit. For more advanced users, it may be limited in functionality. Data analytics and related visualization is more easily done after exporting data and manipulating in third-party software programs.

Propel is a solid choice for any company currently using Salesforce and with the ability to manage a configurable system. It would not work well in cases where a company needs a lot of guidance to set up processes the way that they want. It has a fairly intuitive user interface, and adoption for less-tech-savvy employees is straightforward. Economically, it works better for companies with minimal "non-email" users, such as production floor personnel, since all users in the training system will have to have licenses.

Support Rating
The quality of support is great. In my experience, the staff is very friendly and understanding, the timeliness is good but could use some improvement. With this software supporting a critical business need, the time window for troubleshooting issues is usually very small. Issues are typically resolved within a week, but would be more beneficial if resolved more quickly.

Alternatives Considered
Prior to ETQ we were using spreadsheets and shared drives and the ability to pull information was challenging. It was a very manual process done by many people. Now, it is somewhat manually input by one or two people and the retrieval of information can be done by anyone anywhere with ease.

Propel stands out the best among them in terms of cost-benefit ratio. Its UI design, Salesforce features, customer support, complex handles themes, and algorithms are very much according to the standards. Though there are some issues that need to be addressed by Propel soon in terms of Preview collaboration and variant management. Report generation is also one area that needs to be taken care of.
