LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

Polyvalent and efficient solution suite for tax reporting

• Immediate access to employee performance
• Allows only members who are affected and their superiors access to employee performance
• Keep administration aware of entries with immediate email reminders that an entry has been made on an employee.

• A step-by-step process when starting a new business for reporting and permanent data collection? Rather than filling different forms to identify.
• An automatic connection to tax assessment and warning of issuance of such assessmeent by taxing authorities (when client have given autorization)
• Link to a payment platform for taxes due
• Automatic e-mail reminder to client for tax installments due, once client adresse field has been documented

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision
