ORIGINAL answer (7): well suited for mid-size retailers that plan centrally; less suited when stores need to plan locally on mobile.

• Interface extremely easy to learn and use from back end to front end user.
• Customer service is extremely responsive. Tickets are reponded to and taken care of quickly.
• Reporting features are easy to use and get the information you are looking for.

• MOBILE APP or better mobile browser capabilities. I can view things from my phone but it is not easy and I have to rotate orientations several times to get the information on my phone

Most planners learn the core screens within a week, but report building still takes practice.

Clover is a nice system for a small one or two location enterprise, but with Epicor it is full service and the credit card processing fees are much more affordable as well.

• TV increase by being able to track sales easier
• increases sales by preventing downtime with internet outages
• increased manager production due to ease of training on the POS for new cashiers.
