Employee Navigator is well suited to introduce the beginning of an HRIS to the organisation. There are excellent features for management to keep track of employee numbers and assets. Employee Navigator is not so well suited as an employee hub. I think the next step here would be to evolve into a directory service that users can use to look up their coworkers' strengths and other work-related attributes.
If you are looking for a company that will be thorough in the substantiation process and will have the employee ready in the event they are audited, WEX is perfect. If you employees have a hard tolerating being asked multiple times to substantiate similar or same claims, this company is likely not for you.

need PAPER checks to be sent if you need to reimburse them. PAPER! They don't accept credit cards. A credit card processing company that doesn't accept credit cards.
So far, we have had very little reason to call in to Employee Navigator support. Our team who works with them have found it easy and simple to work with them when needed. They aren't able to work on much or divulge how the system works internally, nor what's on the roadmap, but it is still helpful to have timely confirmation.
[Employee Navigator] knocks them out of the park and honestly isn't even in the same category as far as what it offers. In comparison Navigator is Windows 10 and Beacon is still on a dot matrix system.
We never really had one place for all of our HSA, FSA and COBRA needs. We used multiple vendors and our employees a variety of vendors and banks they could set up their accounts with. WEX really help simplify and uniforms the whole process and help streamline all HSA, FSA and COBRA processes
Very positive impact on the employees -- open enrollment is a breeze! No more paper, and the dependent information is already there, they just have to make updates.
From the employer side, you can print off the changes and key them into payroll -- everything is in one place, and so easy to use.
The CFO is happy with the no cost, and less downtime with people asking about benefits.
