It is most well-suited when analysing absence and looking for trends in order to be proactive as a business and address the various reasons causing this. It is less appropriate for maybe more financial based tasks, unless directly related to HR functions and processes within an organisation.

Because I have not had a lot of experience in requiring support so it is hard to score either highly nor negatively. On the occasions I have had to contact support Fourth have been helpful and resolved the problem as quickly as they can. It does seem to have improved over the years from when I initially started using it.
