Hippo CMMS subscription pricing is determined based on the number of users. A user is anyone that needs to log in and access Hippo' s core features. Users include managers, owners, technicians, and supervisors. Maintenance requesters are not users. Price is also determined by required features. We have pricing plans for complex operations that require deeper functionality and plans for simple operations that are new to CMMS.

Pros	A software program that is configurable which can meet many different needs. Basically, you can customize the CMMS to meet your specific needs. Easy to learn and use. Listening to customer needs. As more people are using this software, things are identified to make improvements which eMaint does well at providing updates. Alternatives Considered	eMaint was by far most the most comprehensive and customizable solution we looked at. The eMaint team was also extremely responsive and available during the selection process. The product training and conferences were very helpful for new user orientation and best practice learning. Hippo [CMMS] is much more user friendly and cost effective, and the paperless option was not even available through PMC at the time. The annual cost is low, and the equipment has better OEE due to better maintenance due to better tracking. It is easy to justify labor based on planned work and completed work.
