Ellucian CRM Recruit vs. Snap Audition

If you're using Ellucian products, CRM Recruit integrates seamlessly. That's the biggest selling feature but as a CRM/Recruitment product, it's lacking compared to some of their competitors. Especially in areas of customization.

I previously mentioned the scoring system. I would like to be able to use decimals and have multiple categories to score (for percussion, for example, a separate score for timpani, keys, and snare drum, in addition to a total score). I also suspect that some of the videos didn't load because students uploaded the wrong format, so more accepted formats might be helpful. I had some that would freeze halfway through the video, so it clearly wasn't a format issue

CRM Recruit's integration with Banner is second to none, as expected. But features and ease of use it lags behind competition.

Get Acceptd is basically the only other service out there doing this kind of work. Their price point makes it entirely unusable for almost any organization.
