It is a simple and easy-to-use interface. It can sync easily with your mobile app if required. My company uses Edcast for different purposes i.e. for learning resources to grow us within the organization.

It's easier to use then BambooHR and it is simple and self-explanatory. So being part of this organization I always prefer Edcast.
