Scenarios its well suited : 1. Cloud, SaaS, Web-Based projects are very well handled. 2. Training in live and documentation is also nice as per the industry standards. 3. costing and quotation activities are also the best part of EasyKost. Scenario it needs improvement: 1. Accuracy of data is not optimized up to the mark. 2. Phone and Email support could be enhanced. 3. Data driven software is also needed
FACTON ECP works really well with the business issues that need solutions in one area of the business. It needs to be clear, and concise and has easy access and integration into systems. FACTON ECP does this well and has been a real benefit to a business. Where it doesn’t necessarily need to be implanted into the business is where there is similar software available.
Although enrich with many functionalities it has some gaps which can be filled to make it the best of the arena for e.g phone support and email forum functionality could be enhanced .
Documentation and live online training could add more features from current world.
Other than deployment of web based functionality more domains could be added for IOS and android
1. Easykost provides a better and reasonable costing with a very nominal deviation. 2. Very Less customization is required in EasyKost. 3. The best part is the algorithm implied, it's the best in performance and provides a predictive environment to work on. 4. Easier to use and handle. 5. Customer support is quite good, always just an email or just a ping away. 6. Easier to deploy and integrate.
In my option FACTON ECP suite stacks up very well against its competitors. It has an excellent reputation and a good set of people working there. The technology works well and the integration is ok but could be improved. They are a bright and lively company and have great potential in this area.
