Descartes Logistics Technology Platform has a control tower view which we have used a lot. It permits us to check on [the] real-time status of every truck, also has the features and option to communicate with the trucks' ELD, which gives us the most liable information about his current location and status.

As we are using Fresa gold for more than 5 years, the support team is very good with proactive responses. As Fresa Team is also from freight forwarding industry, most of the solutions are already available in the software. Fresa blog has answers for most of the questions. All the doubts are cleared then and there because they are arranging daily training sessions (5pm IST).

It is a powered tool that can be used by any of the current logistics (and why not?, non-logistics companies), that need a reliable, accurate, and well-based amount of information of the fleet, with ease. • Customers are getting on-time invoices and outstanding which is very useful to collect the revenue on time.
• Credit Customers are restricted if they have over due - this will be useful to avoid focusing on non-paid customers
• All communications are available in one system with user name and date/time - disputes are recorded for future reference
