- Patient portal allows us to send results directly to the patient, which is a must-have for laboratories going forward.
- Support is very responsive and helpful. You will always hear back from them in a timely fashion, often with a solution in hand.
- Very configurable. The system is well-designed, and most changes that need to be made can be done by the end-user.
- Product lifecycle is quick. We can request a complex feature update and have it be turned around in a matter of weeks.

  • Not everything is customizable--Dendi LIS has opinions on how to use their system
  • Not the cheapest solution; you get what you pay for though
  • Newer product, so product can be made more mature

Alternatives Considered
Not really a fair comparison, as one is an extremely old, modules-based system that is installed onsite, whereas the other is a modern, cloud-based solution that provides the entire gamut of functionalities in-house. The support structure is also different in that the support for portals is separated out from the main support for the software. That was not a great experience
