Demio vs. Zoho Meeting

The Demio works well as a webinar platform. It pretends to be both, a webinar and a meeting platform. It doesn't work very well as a meeting platform. Also, some of the options that are critical, like recording available on-demand, are not available to lower participant number plans. You have to have large audience plans to be able to use them.

I would definitely like to say that for a team lead who sends pie charts, surveys and questions to the teams, this software would be his best choice as the analytics of this all data by Zoho Meeting is one of the best in the market. The only downside of Zoho Meeting is its webinar pricing which could be a bit tough to pay for NGO's or less earning companies.

• One of the negative aspects of this service is that there is no user or meeting management when you are in one videoconference.
• Another negative aspect of Zoho Meeting is that the chat and messaging option does not exist in the middle of a webinar or video conference.

Overall it is a good webinar platform. Others may have more options but they are way more expensive.

Zoho Meeting is very easy to use and very effective collaborating tool. If I say about the usability, this application is highly usable because oaf it's cost effective nature, user friendly interface, empathetic customer services and amazing application features. Most importantly, it ensures data security for the company. Overall, the usability of the application is trustworthy.

I love the chat support team at Demio. They're timely. They're thorough. They're polite. They even send funny gifs and emojis. For more serious or complicated questions/issues, I have been invited into a personal Demio webinar with a technical specialist who walked me through exactly how to achieve what I was looking to do and explained everything clearly. Demio's support team is fantastic.

Zoho Meeting is fantastic in terms of proper after sale service as well as delivering the expectations of the clients. We, as a business, successfully achieved the engaging organisation status through this platform. Our employees are also happy with the supports from Zoho. Zoom is a powerful tool for video communications. With the explosion of video meetings since March of 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic, webinars that take place on Zoom have an almost Pavlovian response as many folks have a subconscious response or feeling towards the Zoom interface, as they feel like they're in a meeting rather than at a webinar or digital event. Demio is also a true webinar solution, rather than a video communication platform that has been 'converted' into a webinar solution. Demio has features and capabilities that other platforms lack, and the interface is a fresh experience with no preconceived notions.

Zoom focuses on video webinars, meetings, chat options, integration, and high-definition video conferencing, whereas Microsoft Teams focuses on Microsoft integrations that include real-time video chat. Both Google Meet and Zoho Meeting offer various features, including HD video conferencing, scheduling, recording, app sharing, and HD videoconferencing in private meeting rooms. In addition to the unique characteristics of Zoho's UI, embedding meeting links, and so forth, these are excellent features that help the end-user tremendously.

• Demio made it much easier to pivot to digital events when in-person events weren't possible due to COVID-19. There was a huge positive impact of being able to remain in front of our customers despite that reality.
• 30,000+ people have registered for the approximately 30 webinars that we have run since April of 2020.
• Thousands of new customers have completed our free onboarding webinar series since implementing it in the summer of 2020, leading to higher customer retention, lower churn rates, and expedited time-to-value for our customers.

• Zoho Meeting helped us save money because of their low cost packages.
• Unfortunately because of their bad video quality we had to look for other options.
• Some clients were not familiar with Zoho Meeting because of the less popularity so we had to use other meeting applications to organize meetings
