The Dell EMC Storage Resource Manager (SRM) is well suited to handle handles filesystem that maybe be encrypted on disk and mounted on demand from an application. There are many storage options, and redeployments are supported. The interference is easy to use even for fewer experienced tech people. The main issue you might have is support if any problems arise.

Alternatives Considered
Compared to others, Dell provides a more sophisticated software and the UI is simply so smooth. It feels native and Dell understands the requirement pretty well. Analytics ia simple and easy to use. Creating complex dashboards is a easy task for somone who knows around the tool. Only downside is the price.
