This platform is very easy to use, the interface is easy to use and provides detailed information on the learning that each of the employees has had, these learning details can be viewed by accessing the profile section of each employee. Degreed allows you to share strategic material with employees in the form of a "playlist" so that they can learn in an order of all the information. Books 24x7 is a useful tool for growth, knowledge sharing, and overall intellectual health within the company. Our company has been very forward thinking in offering this to every employee. As a result, people have been able to grow in areas they may not have previously explored because of the free access to resources they may not have bothered with before they had free access to them.

Skillsoft Percipio (Skillport) is easy to understand. Students didn't need much of an effort to understand how to use it, where to find the content, how to pass each course. It was also great that Skillsoft Percipio (Skillport) has this direct link to LinkedIn so the user can post their acquired skills on their professional history.

While it's great for the management and tracking of employees learning, there is still room for growth. It could use more courses and content developed by Degreed rather than relying on external platforms content.

We did enough research to figure that Degreed was better. We did a free demo with both and decided to go with Degreed based on reviews and the way their system worked. The website is also easier to use, and more user-friendly. We do not regret our decision to have chosen Degreed.

It all depends on your use case, budget, technology lift, quality, etc. My users need to be satisfied #1, or else we go with another provider. #2 the cost needs to be in line. #3 the user onboard needs to be easy, etc. Skillsoft Percipio works for us, hits all the marks.
