If you need to find a test candidate for your client quickly, this is one of the best ways. Pull yourself a hot list of a couple hundred potential candidates and load them in to CallFire. Then get ready to hit about 50-60 calls per hour. You should have a great test candidate for your client in about 24 hours! It's amazing how quickly you can show your clients the true speed of your company.
This software is very useful to all companies that want to increase their sales through customer service or call centers for their sales. It has worked very well for us, being able to solve minor failures, it is one of the best-priced software, compared to everything it offers.
I like that you can record the call you have with your customers, this way, we can, later on, review it and know the mistakes and successes we had.
It also allows call routing, so we can channel the different calls to different agents, depending on the customer and their requirements.
It allows us to integrate to the system, our CRM in use, to have in the same software all the management of activities and tasks. In addition, it has its own API integration to integrate much other software.
The services are easy to use and robust, but there is room for improvement. Unfortunately, not much has changed over the last 2 years of use. There haven't been any new features or innovations in that time.
API integration and automation is not easy for most folks to jump into and there is very little technical support or documentation to take advantage of such features.
The standard reports are generally sufficient, but there isn't any customization or intelligence available.
I gave DCDial the 10/10 rating because our team loves DCDial ever since we had our initial demo with Haze and I personally got really impressed by DCDial's functionality.
We considered Trello before deciding on CallFire. Trello is a good service that seems to do much of what CallFire does, however we wanted to avoid the labor-hours necessary to get Trello up to speed, as it is very technically involved. We didn't want to hire any additional developers just to get Trello set up and maintained. With CallFire, it was very intuitive and easy to setup quickly.
We have evaluated CallFire, CallHub, CloudTalk, and PhoneBurner, but unlike DCDial, none of them offer Click Campaigns that require us to press each phone number manually (non-automated dialing) to dial a specific person and ensure compliance at the same time. As the debt collection agency, we have to make sure we are fully compliant.
