It allows for [seamless] transitioning for sourcing to calling but the caveat is sometimes the formatting can be wonky on a resume and you need someone to manual check each batch of resumes you source. The great thing is is work of a wide array of formats[.]

The failure rate is about the same in all three of these products, and the cost varies greatly because there are some many al la carte options[.]
