Darwinbox vs. Manatal

Employees that come into work are needed to clock in to get paid for the amount of time they are working per day. They will log on to Darwinbox and clock in as soon as they can. Some will use the PTO they have available to use. HR will be able to make payroll in a timely manner for employees.

I would highly recommend Manatal to someone who recruits candidates and/or has hiring needs. The software will provide you with many details, so if you are seeking certain items (skills, experience, education, etc.) this is a great software for just that! Manatal saves a lot of time and will make the process much smoother.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Darwinbox helps to maintain all the things at one platform and easy to use too. It provide better usability compared with Moday.com. Darwinbox provides more functionality compared with monday.com. It is also user friendly as well. All the things we are getting one platform and on one place.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.
