Cons	Ooyala's integration with the ad serving platform is not as good in terms of user interface and user experience. The user interface could be improved (making it more like YouTube and Vimeo). We decided to select Ooyala based on the customer ratings, customer service offerings, and the cost we gained for the divisional requirements we had for our digital marketing group.
