Likelihood to Recommend	Cybereason is good at detections and has some false positives, but when we need their support, it's too slow. My team used to test Cybereason, submitting lots of malware and threats, trying to find problems, and for research purposes. In my experience, every time we found a bug, their support team denied the problems and took lots of weeks to give some answer when we insisted. It was easy to access, had nice customization of dashboards and output to syslog for SIEM solutions. It was easy to configure rule sets, allow groups or singular allow/blocks or white-listing. Nowadays everything has gone UTM in firewalls and they do it all including IPS as part of the basic functionality so really, TP is losing a massive market share. Don't see a future in the roadmap with so many other vendors getting onto the "unified" wagon and adding IPS as part of their service and at a cheaper price. We receive less false positives than with Microsoft Defender and Cybereason is easier for level 1 users to use.
