  • Shortcuts currently only provides expertise in salon and spa business, they can bring in expertise for different industries at hand
  • The flexibility for rescheduling and cancelling the pre-booked slots can be relooked at
  • Can offer additional features to the clients for a user-friendly UX

While Shortcuts has a more friendly UI, there are other vendors in the market that have developed their products in a way that suits user requirements from any industry. Shortcuts, in my opinion should look at expanding their use case to make it compatible for other industries as well
