Someone who practices counseling services with either alone or multiple practitioners. Changing plans is easy and flexible so someone who likes flexibility for their services might be suitable. You do need to make any contract to use this software. You don't also need to pay too much upfront. They have several plans. I think anyone can be appropriate for CouSol.com

This is the first EHR platform I used. It is very professionally done with an aesthetically pleasing interface and has broad functionality. I would recommend it to a colleague who is a single practitioner with a small solo practice. I would not, however, recommend it to a group practice owner as I have found many alternatives that are just as good for a noticeable pricing difference with SimplePractice’s new fee structure.

I have not had to contact support which is nice. If I have a question, I am typically able to find the answer within the help section.

Alternatives Considered
I have not tried any other software for EHR but compared withTherapyNotes. I did not find big differences beside the bland name. I decided to use Coun.Sol.com because my therapist friend was using it

Also Kalix, Practice Better, Practice Q (formerly Intake Q), Healthie, Jane, etc. I'm hoping to switch to Practice Q soon.
