[A] user-friendly platform that allows multiple users to store and organize documents across various departments within the company for easy access. [A] tagging feature is a helpful tool in sending reminders for upcoming renewals, etc.

Evisort is best when you already have all your contracts fully cleaned, designated, ordered, managed, linked, collated, titled and termed. It is not good if you expect the platform to help you go through a repository of contracts that you want the system to extract all the info you need and then you can decide easily what to keep and not etc - the sales team will tell you that the platform can do all of this. In my opinion, this isn't true.

Pros
  • Managing renewals[.]
  • Managing timed fee increases[.]
  • Easy storing and retrieval of contracts[.]
  • Manage roles to determine who sees what. Very granular.
  • [The] signature process is quite powerful, and because it's integrated comes with management.

Cons
  • E-sign: Transferring of signatures would be ideal or the loading of a personal signature into the e-sign field rather than a generic signature being populated.
  • AI: The tagging does not pick up things nor does the software really learn what you want it to. There is a fair bit of manual data entry that has to be done.

Current Supply Chain users find great value in ContractWorks. We've been able to demonstrate a better, faster, efficient, cost effective way to solve document and data requirements. ContractWorks is gaining greater interest and acceptance across the Enterprise.

Usability
This is a highly approachable product, even for users who are not quick to learn or who have only a basic mastery of basic software applications. If you find that you have members in your organization who have struggled to adapt to a working-from-home model, you may find that this product creates a simple point of entry for them. It is similar in interface to products they have used before and includes generous, high-quality support.

It is clunkier than needs to be but it's not as bad as some of the other platforms we reviewed. The interface is pretty spartan, almost like reading a page and some color and segregation could help users segregate the UI by function and task. This is pretty straight forward but doubt they would implement

Performance
We haven't integrated ContractWorks with other systems. Otherwise, reasonably sized documents load fairly quickly and reports extract quickly. I work remotely sometimes it takes an extra minute

Support Rating
I have been offered to review a solution on Zoom by [support manager] and offered on the spot a better way to do things. Have been very pleased with their seminars, their response, their courtesy.

For all of the reasons listed above, essentially, once the platform is implemented it has its value, however, knowing what you get before implementation, might give ppl pause. The cost is a bit misleading and the sales team over promises and under delivers in my opinion. This is not cool and creates issues inevitably, down the line.

Alternatives Considered
Read my points before. Cost, features, ease of use.

Evisort is just getting in the game. Implementation is not as robust as Coupa and Adobe is more of a contract execution platform so it is not apples to apples to compare there. Essentially, Evisort is a a somewhat cheaper solution that is not a complete solution and needs more of an upfront lift than they would suggest.

Scalability
Tasked with finding a cost conscious Contract Management platform, we knew change and acceptance across the Enterprise would come slow. Using ContractWorks means not overspending in initial months with fewer users. As our core group becomes more proficient and we demonstrate/prove ease of use to other departments with scale up use and cost together
