Conte.ai vs. ScheduGram

I do not recommend Conte.ai and give them an one.

When we have to maintain a consistent social media presence where posts are up on time, even if the day's community manager is unavailable, ScheduGram has made it efficient with the plans that we can create and schedule ahead. Our posts are also made available on Twitter, and we have to use other apps, or if you are not into posting across multiple platforms this is not for you.

I do not feel Conte.ai is usable, so I give them a rating of one

Social Media Tracking: Data scraping via social listening tools, codes, trackers, and manual methods.
Data Pre-processing: Data screening, filtering, classification, and categorization as per analysis objectives.
Analysis: Enrichment, calculation, and derivation of metrics' to benchmark and rank influencers.
Data Visualization: Monthly, quarterly and annual reports with key observations, trends, and insights presented via Power BI dashboards.

I give them a one because I feel that Conte.ai's customer service is inadequate. When trying to find a solution, they say they will give me additional posts as compensation instead of a refund.

We are always on the lookout for applications that make it easier to use social media and ensure a consistent presence. ScheduGram definitely fulfills that need for us, as it allows for content planning, overview, and most importantly scheduling it. Changing content plans is also very convenient across Instagram and Facebook. It serves our purpose for these two apps very well.

We chose ScheduGram over PreviewApp because it has a much better user interface and much more robust features for similar pricing.

• Negative ROI: I have lost business because of Conte.ai's broken system

• Without ScheduGram, we would not have been able to continue using Instagram, a key platform for our demographic.
