Conte.ai vs. EveryoneSocial

I do not recommend Conte.ai and give them an one.

It is our duty to distribute different content to our departments. It was hard to have control over every post on our different platforms. With EveryoneSocial, we have been able to even add social platforms where we did not have a presence before. With EveryoneSocial, we have had a better understanding of our target.

I gave it this rating because it is easy to use, creates positive competition between employees about who can have the most impact on the brand, engages others in a way we have not yet been able to duplicate and is very simple.

I do not feel Conte.ai is usable, so I give them a rating of one

I give them a one because I feel that Conte.ai's customer service is inadequate. When trying to find a solution, they say they will give me additional posts as compensation instead of a refund.

It has aquired an almost perfect solution to meet certain aspects of the business and requirements for everyone using the platform. Goals are not only met internally but externally as well making other companies look for that option when doing business with other companies. Equal opportunities are also met when giving the same access to all employees.

• Negative ROI: I have lost business because of Conte.ai's broken system

• It's hard to measure the ROI on social media, so I really don't like to think of it in those terms, especially with a tool that is getting your employees to share content on social media. But this tool has helped mobilize my clients' employees into posting on social on their behalf, significantly increasing their share of voice and the sentiment regarding their brands in the market. These are the metrics I like to think about for this type of tool, so I think it's a positive impact in that regard and everyone should have a tool (EveryoneSocial or otherwise) to do this if you want to mobilize your employees on social.
