• E-sign: Transferring of signatures would be ideal or the loading of a personal signature into the e-sign field rather than a generic signature being populated.
• AI: The tagging does not pick up things nor does the software really learn what you want it to. There is a fair bit of manual data entry that has to be done.

Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. Current Supply Chain users find great value in ContractWorks. We've been able to demonstrate a better, faster, efficient, cost effective way to solve document and data requirements. ContractWorks is gaining greater interest and acceptance across the Enterprise.

The current version is probably about a five. The new version, I have not used it a lot. I've only done some testing around in it, not a lot. I'd say it's probably a seven or eight.

This is a highly approachable product, even for users who are not quick to learn or who have only a basic mastery of basic software applications. If you find that you have members in your organization who have struggled to adapt to a working-from-home model, you may find that this product creates a simple point of entry for them. It is similar in interface to products they have used before and includes generous, high-quality support.

Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.

Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.

We haven't integrated ContractWorks with other systems. Otherwise, reasonably sized documents load fairly quickly and reports extract quickly. I work remotely sometimes it takes an extra minute
