Really like the walkthrough onboarding of the app to get your bearings when you sign up. You can quickly glance at the interface and understand where everything is located and what each feature is used for. The dashboard is incredibly useful to understand the health of your site and address any persistent issues on your site quickly.

They say in their chat they have a reaction time of some hours, but I always had a reaction within 10 minutes and also a very complete answer, they went the extra mile. It's just almost hard to believe they have a support level this high. It's not what we're used to anymore

We switched from DeepCrawl as it just didn't provide the same features and support, more annoyingly they were a sales and marketing rather than a product led business which means they were more interested in you signing the contract, than maintaining your custom afterwards, an example of this is when you try and leave, they try and keep you with contractual small print. ContentKing have much better terms and conditions.
