Concord vs. Conga CLM

With having all of our contracting through the Salesforce system, the ability to allow our legal teams to do more with generating documents, have controls over redlines, etc is ideal. When sales needs to make additional revisions to the underlying data, however, it can be lacking in strong tools.

• Templates are easy to create and utilize.
• Concord has its internal e-signature tool.
• Concord can group by template, active, in progress, etc. and color codes the same.

• Contract Management is the biggest selling point. With Conga CLM, it's easy to search, audit, and reference documents.
• Syncs beautifully with Salesforce (and some others), so contracts and customer data stay connected. Saves time and reduces manual work.
• Live dashboards let you track contract statuses without having to dig through emails or call someone.

• Make it easier to find the templates from any page
• Improve the search function--it's sometimes difficult to find specific documents when searching
• Change back to "limited editor" and "no editing rights" when sharing documents; the new term of "viewer" makes it seem like nothing can be edited at all

Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. This is the primary work they do from Conga contracts. We had solution which is build using conga contracts, conga composer and conga sign

Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.

Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.

I gave it a five because it was the closest to a neutral response. I have not had issues with Concord and have not had a reason to contact support, so I don't have an accurate opinion here. From my conversations with our legal team, it seems they have been able to work with the support team at Concord to get any potential issues resolved in a timely manner.

Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning

We looked at several contract management tools like Adobe Acrobat Sign for business, dousign cl, and Ironclad before choosing conga clm. While each had its strengths, conga clm stood out because of its powerful automation, deep Salesforce integration , and flexible setup options. Unlike the others it offers a complete solution everything from creating and approving contracts to getting the signed all in one place. It turned out to be the best fit for our growing company since it handles complex processes easily and keeps everyone across departments on the same page.

Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.

• Since our implementation, I am saving a few hours a month in managing our IC contracts.
• When people have questions about contracts, now it's clear "Hey, look in Concord" versus "Hey, does John or Sally have this contract?".
