Tracx is a social media analytics platform that is designed to help enterprises to build their brand, attract new customers, service existing ones and connect with other key audiences in the social-enabled world. According to the vendor, the solution analyzes and refines mass amounts of geographic, demographic and psychographic data from across the social web to deliver deep insights into customers, competitors and influencers. Let's be clear, Shareablee is not a jack of all trades. It has a finite remit at the moment and it does that job extremely well. If you're looking for strong data sets, impressive metrics, and highly capable filtering options on those data then Shareablee is peerless in this regard. If you are insight oriented, story-telling oriented, or digital savvy, then this tool will tick all the boxes. If you know what Shareablee is for - do some investigation beforehand - you won't be disappointed. If, however, you expect it to do more than it's core function, your expectations may fall short. Do your homework on Shareablee though and you'll be fine!
I used Tracx to live-post for the Super Bowl. It made my life MUCH easier being able to post on Facebook and Twitter in one browser and watch the engagement live.
The user interface is a little clunky, and I think Shareablee is aware of this. Expect an update to UI soon, I imagine
While the mass of data and metrics is available, on the one hand, a goldmine, it's also a bit of a stumbling block. There's quite a learning curve to making sense of all the functionality and filters that are available. Like I said earlier, persevere and all will be worth it
The report runner can appear overwhelming, but again, bear with it, it's worth it!
Tracx is a solid software for identifying customer sentiment that would otherwise go unheard and undocumented by our company. We're able to report to our CEO the good and the bad with actual data and do so on an attractive interface. It is also essential in helping us prepare queries well in advance.

Tracx covers multiple platforms, including Facebook, which Keyhole removed from its offerings. While we loved NUVI and its interface (very easy to use and sleek), it could not track specific mentions of certain influencers. This was the major deciding factor. Additionally, they weren't overly salesy and didn't do the whole sales song and dance. We told them we had interviewed about 10 softwares (truth) and had heard it all. We were looking for something very specific. They gave us a demo and then a trial. They also allowed us to build into our contract that if the software did not do as we were promised, we could get out of the contract. Their customer service has been excellent
