Likelihood to Recommend	KPA, LLC Compligo is well used for a larger organization that needs to track compliance and trainings. It has a vast library of trainings which you can assign and track completions across your organization. It can also help tracking current and previous pay plans for employees. Compligo would most likely not be appropriate for smaller organizations who do not need to track so many people. It may not also be as appropriate for companies located in states with less laws or compliances as far as training and record retention.
