Data Management & Integrity
Comparison of Data Management & Integrity features of Product A and Product B
If you need a single place where you can handle all the third party pixels, this is a well-suited platform. As well as if you want to keep the deployment independent from all other (and more complex) deployments driven by IT. If you need a pixel to be fired not just when the page loads, but based on user actions, you should use the events and that's pretty complex to handle.
Well suited: Easy to use. Well suited for a detailed revenue report, pipeline funnels can be maintained easily. The new integration is smooth. Compare the cost of integration services and their value addition to the product. Less appropriate: Bulky databased with millions of data is hard to connect and it also slows down the response.
Reports. Tag Commander lacks in term of reports of what's happening. There is an additional module called Attribution Management System that gives you a lot of insights, but more basic reports to understand what has been fired will be useful.
Support. Tag Commander support is very low responsive. It took several days to have the first feedback and generally, it takes a lot of emails to get what you need.
Deduplication engine flexibility. The engine is there and it works pretty well, until you have a slightly different need. In that case you need to implement something custom in terms of implementation, reports, etc. A more flexible approach would be useful.
For me, Funnel IQ is key facilitator tool which aligns key areas, software and professionals in my organisations together, in the revenue generation project. No reservations on the quality derived from this platform.
This product is great and very useful. The whole feature set has been created considering the customer's problem. This is really adding value to our organization by providing revenue insights and a great dashboard. We could also identify some problems internally which was causing a problem in our revenue operations but now it's going well.
In our case, the support was quite good, it was not excellent but we do not have any type of complaint about this, the process was quite smooth and we felt supported throughout the process of implementing the tool in our work, having our doubts resolved in a matter of minutes, something that is really appreciated in processes like these.
if we compare Funnel IQ with improved both are pretty much similar some features here and there are a bit advanced. like It has more integrations, the initial setup in Improvado is a little bit trickier whereas it is simple in Funnel. Improvado has more robust features but the funnel does the same in a cost-effective manner.
It let us deploy new pixels/fixes to pixels independently from the IT deployment process.
It let us easily turn on/off and sort the pixel execution based on partners' priority, assuring better data tracking for more important partners.
It provides out of the box pixel implementation for tons of partners, but really often we need to rewrite the pixel from scratch as they're not up to date.
