Comcast Business Internet vs. OneSource Communications Business Internet Services

I’ve said enough. See first comment they charge for 30 days of service AFTER you terminate and return their equipment. That seems unfair to me.

Had a billing question. Called in to ask about it and the {...} was very helpful and explained why my bill had changed then offered solutions.

• When I signed their form to cancel service they should have told me they would still bill me for 30 more days. Which, I believe, is a crappy policy. I was not under any contract

• Standard hours of operation so there isn't always someone available to assist

We live in an area with limited options for home internet. CenturyLink's customer service was frustrating and they could not provide high enough speeds for our needs so we were very relieved to see that we were getting fiber in our neighborhood
