Comcast Business Internet vs. Verizon FIOS

Easily the best internet service provider that we use in terms of remote management. This makes it easier for our IT staff to troubleshoot and our accounting department to pay the bills. If we have the option to go with Comcast in a new building opening, I always advocate for them.

In general, the delivery of service is very fast when fiber is already available at an address. Of course, building new fiber into a location where it isn't already run, take a long time and is expensive. Not Verizon FIOS's fault, it just is a fact of installing fiber. The service is lightning fast for internet and very recommended. We had 1 case where we needed internet service in less than 1 week or it would have delayed construction. Verizon FIOS was able to make our short timeframe and deliver a working service.

• The services is very stable; never seems to have outages that are noticed.

• When I signed their form to cancel service they should have told me they would still bill me for 30 more days. Which, I believe, is a crappy policy. I was not under any contract

• Positive. Good fast service. I’m just mad about the service termination policy

• Service is better than other carriers in speed to internet
• Cost for this excellent service is very reasonable and often better than inferior other carrier offerrings.
