eMaint offers computerized maintenance management software with features for inventory management, asset management, maintenance scheduling, etc. eMaint is now owned and supported by Fluke Corp since the September 2016 acquisition.
It's ideal for people who have a smaller budget but want a fully-fledged CMMS solution. Moreover, it's ideal for everyone who is looking for more than a CMMS solution, as the solution provides access to a platform that has other enterprise apps. It might not be ideal for those who want cutting-edge tech such as IoT sensors support, predictive maintenance, etc. Other than such organizations, it's best for everyone else.
eMaint is well suited to larger facilities with dedicated scheduler/planners. Learning to navigate the database and create reports requires a dedicated resource. Part-time users often forget the process for entering data and navigating the database. In smaller organizations where multiple users enter assets, planned maintenance (PM) tasks and vendors, keeping standardization in the system formatting was difficult.

As I said, CloudApper CMMS has made our work so simple, it is difficult for us to use any other software. It is so easy to install that any one can be trained without any hassle. The data we receive based on CloudApper CMMS helps us to take certain decisions which are important for us.

The CloudApper CMMS app is highly affordable. I have looked for few apps before I made my final decision to purchase this one. Plus their customer service is excellent. They have helped me unexpectedly during my journey to start with this apps which is very rare to find this days.
eMaint was by far most the most comprehensive and customizable solution we looked at. The eMaint team was also extremely responsive and available during the selection process. The product training and conferences were very helpful for new user orientation and best practice learning. The customizable reports also allowed us to provide data to management in an easy to digest format
