CloudDesk® vs. DeskTime

[CloudDesk is] well suited to cater for all your employee work progress needs. Its quite useful as its an app that allows you to keep track of remote workers across multiple time zones, especially during the worldwide pandemic. It can be used for different size businesses and industries. Very useful app, highly recommended product!!!

When we made the decision to go cloud based and send our employees home to work remotely we needed something that would help us and them manage their time and keep everyone on track. Desktime makes the team more aware of how they are spending their time both individually and as a team. It allows them to see and track what makes them most productive and what times of the day they are most engaged. Keeps projects on track.

• Some features are still rough around the edges
• Some bugs
• Factors such as idle time are shown separately--one needs to manually add them

• App resources usage - it's lagging sometimes

CloudDesk is more flexible in the sense that it is easier to use and is affordable. Moreover, the app is extremely easy to use, and adoption amongst employees is higher than that of other tracking apps, as employees understand what they are signing up for. Overall, its great for monitoring desk-based employees

Desktime is the first time management software I have used.
