Pexip (now including the former Videxio) is a video conferencing platform that combines enterprise communications and collaboration solutions in Virtual Meeting Rooms, or operates as a gateway between platforms. It allows people to use any communication or collaboration device or tool of their choice: traditional videoconferencing, Microsoft® Skype® for Business, personal and mobile devices, telephones, or simply any web browser.
Cisco Webex DX80 is best for office conferences or training rooms. Also a good choice for educational purposes like classrooms, training rooms, and healthcare facilities. Not a good choice for auditoriums I say. There are other and better options available in the market for that.
There are many meetings that take place in our business and we also have many remote employees. Videxio allows everyone to participate and be part of a conference, which is much different than just being on the phone. Our weekly performance meeting is a must-attend event and Videxio makes it easier.
Lacking fancy features like background blurrying and MS Teams integration ( available on the desk pro device)
During setup the difference between registering the device as either s perdonal or room device wasn't clear untill I wasn't able to perform certain actions such as teansferring a meeting from mobile to dx80. I had to reset and re-register the device in room mode to get it to work as I expected.
I am so grateful to have found the perfect video all tool I can’t recommend any improvements. But I know they are great listeners and will send any I think of in the future.
In the workplace, Cisco Webex DX80 is ideal for group meetings. It's as simple as entering the room, dialing the destination number, and joining the video. It's simple and convenient. It offers an easy-to-use menu and user interface. My own opinion is that Cisco's usability is fantastic and I like it greatly. I encountered no issues.
I give top marks for Cisco Webex DX80 support. We have Cisco Smartnet and I can confirm that they are exceptional in answering and resolving doubts and problems with the device. On the phone, you are quickly answered and one of the Cisco experts solves your problem in your language.
Pexip Infinity's customer support function deserves a full score for their work. The ironic thing is, I have never had to deal with them at all, which means that their entire development team is actually a support team because they have crafted a product that the client never has to talk to them about; it is just that good and works seamlessly. There are very few products out there that works as easily as Pexip Infinity.
The Cisco Webex DX80 is a convenient app that can serve as both a video communications system and an additional display. Having the capacity to communicate via Webex is another significant advantage to have. As time goes on, I am invited to participate in more and more Webex meetings, which is a platform for cooperation that is rather effective.
I was not satisfied with the quality of the video GoToMeeting provided us. Moreover, my team didn’t find it easy to operate this software as it has a very tough and dry interface and above all the features GoToMeeting possesses were quite vague and we were not able to find them.
Ultimately, we found software that is perfect for our virtual connectivity.
We were able to quickly reduce the backlog of video interview work that was stuck in queue.
We wasted no time searching through the 30+ other competitors in this space, many of which we had already tried, because Videxio had every thing we could not find up until then.
No negative impacts, in fact, because TrustRadius helped us find Videxio very quickly, we actually reduced the time it took to get our project back on track.
