Cielo TalentCloud vs. Sequoia Consulting Group

It is well suited for high volume recruiting to function as a data warehouse for candidates. Since SkyRecruit enables you to easily retrieve and manipulate the data it's a great tool for a Recruiter/Sourcer desktop.

I believe that Sequoia Consulting Group is a one-stop-shop solution for all things related to payroll, health insurance, and paid time off. Their interface is very easy to use and the app makes it easy to access all of this information. The one downside was that employee health insurance cards were entirely digital. I personally ran into a handful of issues with this when going to appointments. It would be nice to have a physical copy of the card upon request as well!

• Ease of user interaction - sometimes too many clicks to accomplish an individual task.
• Attaching a document could be a much more straightforward process
• Exporting candidate info is a bit cumbersome.

I appreciate that Sequoia Consulting Group has a mobile app. Right now, neither Gusto nor Justworks have mobile apps which can be frustrating if you're not near your computer. I find their mobile app to be excellent and user-friendly. Conversely, I found Gusto's web app is the easiest to use compared to Sequoia's.

• POSITIVE - primary function as a data warehouse.
• POSITIVE - enables Recruiters/Sourcers to have quality interactions with potential candidates
• POSITIVE - Because we have a great tech team that assists us in our SkyRecruit interaction, we have very little downtime.
