  • Even though IBM Datacap has enriched mobility and allows users to capture data with tablets and Smartphones, it tends to be slow and makes the devices to hang, mainly when using smartphones with outdated versions.

Generally they are very good and reactive to our requests. if we find an issue our error they are quick to add a fix to the next release if needs be.

Atlassian Confluence only stores and share documents in the cloud, whereas IBM Datacap has additional features that makes it effective to not only store and share documents, but also capture information via OCR and redact sensitive information.
