ChannelReply vs. Feedonomics

When you receive a message from a marketplace ChannelReply relays it to your help desk. When you reply to the messages it carries them to the marketplace's inbox. The automated scenarios do not work for this application. I need automated messages for some scenarios, however the application cannot provide such a feature.

It is very helpful and practical for all stuff related to paid media, catalogs, and content creation, but regarding problem solving, technical, and development issues, they have room for enhancements. Sometimes we need to wait a lot of time for a response, and the executives are not qualified for technical problems all the time which makes one issue take more time to solve. But in general they are a good partner and helped us to improve processes and results for digital mkt areas.

I highly recommend this application because it communicate the marketplace to you help desk so you do not need further agent seat on the marketplace dashboard. It provides easy usage. I did not give 10 points because it needs some improvement like automated messages. Its analytics would be great if it provides detailed statistics.

Feedonomics has a lot of similarty to Excel so learning to use it is pretty simple. The hardest part of using it is that the User Interface is not very intuitive, so finding what area to be working in within the platform can be challenging.

Actually, both software are not rival systems. They complete each other. I use both of them to contact the different inboxes. ChannelReply is not the primary system that you can communicate with the customers. On the other hand, if you do not use it you can lost some of the emails that are sent from the marketplaces.

Without a doubt they are a great partner and the service and attention is much better and without a doubt the knowledge of the market and the management of a feed comes from Feedonomics with more experience and quality. We haven't found any other vendor that matches Feedonomics quality and service so we must say they are the best option.
