However, it is not user friendly and is frustrating to set up. The communication that can be automated is limited as well - we deal with clients in 5 different languages but can only send our communication in one. Customer support, they don't explain deeply their features, they force you to check their demo. Notifications, as they don't notify you before they charge you.
