CARET Legal vs. eimmigration by Cerenade

Well-suited to a small to midsized law firm setting. Would also recommend for management seek easy ways to keep track of a large volume of business and to track which staff are doing what. The software isn't the best suited for running a lot of complex reports--we can obtain simple information in the reports, but sometimes we find ourselves pulling certain data from Zola and working with it in other software environments instead.

It is a great system that provides convenience, saves time, and increases productivity. For you as a legal professional: You become more productive because the platform integrates cases and forms with only a few clicks, transmitting data automatically through the interface. Even further, it is valid to mention how easy it becomes to review the forms before filing a case with immigration. For your clients: it is convenient because they can answer their questionnaires in their native language at their most convenient time and upload documents to the platform without meeting you. This also increases the legal team's productivity.

• The email integration feature has never consistently worked.
• I can't toggle easily between viewing all time and just my time, have to use the filters.
• Pulling reports to capture certain notes/details not perfected yet.

• They have so many available features and I do use them all
• I like the intuitive software
• Also like the ability to learn from their Youtube channel .

I didn't have the ultimate decision-making power to choose Zola. Clio was more expensive and may have offered a more robust platform, but with some options we didn't need. Westlaw was good for case management, but we would have likely still needed separate software to patch together something like Zola. Zola support isn't that great, but we rarely need it.

Price - for the features we have, eIMMIGRATION is a more accessible CMS compared to the three other options. Customer Service - they are always reachable and knowledgeable. Lastly, the customized option makes it the tool that we depend on the most. Its reliability is essential in the Legal Services realm.

• Collections have been better overall.
• Verifying staff work has been made much easier, potentially leading to more efficiencies.
• The software itself is costly.

• The Software works as a one more employer in the team
• ROI is great, the software is affordable
• So many features that most people will not even use it
