Likelihood to Recommend	CardConnect is a good option for payment capture, but getting less experienced stores up and running takes significant effort compared to other processors we use. This seems to be due to poor communication since there isn't a dedicated rep familiar with the use case like we have with other processors. This feature not only saves time, but it solves a huge headache of keeping card information updated. Before, our customers would have to call the credit card holder to get a new expiration date. We have worked with more than one processor and Cardknox is by far the easiest to install. Cardknox also has excellent support. When we need assistance they are they to help and it is easy to get through to them. The sales team at Cardknox is great also. They often go beyond the call of duty to help us.
